1. Account and Access
You must create an account to access advanced features of PingForce.
You must provide accurate information (such as your email and unique call sign).
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You may not share your account or use someone else’s account.
2. Subscription and Billing
We offer different subscription plans (Specialist, Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Colonel), each with its own pricing and features.
Payments are handled securely using Stripe.
Plans may be monthly or yearly, and they auto-renew unless canceled.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
3. Free Plan and Trials
The Specialist Plan is free and offers basic features.
Free users are limited in their usage (e.g., no monitors and test slots).
Promotional trials may be offered, and they may end automatically or require payment afterward.
4. Usage Limits
Depending on your plan, your limits may include:
Number of test slots
Number of monitors
Level of monitoring (Basic, Premium, Premium+)
Types of notifications (Email, SMS)
Number of servers you can add
Number of child accounts (for higher plans)
These limits are clearly listed on the Pricing Page.
5. Server and Slot Management
You may add private or community servers.
Donating a community server gives you a reward slot.
Your total server slots are shown visually on the Inventory Page.
If a donated server is removed or goes offline, the related reward slot is removed.
6. Locked Features on Downgrade or Cancellation
If you downgrade or cancel, features over your current plan’s limit are locked (not deleted).
You can reactivate them by upgrading your subscription.
Deleted monitors or servers may lose their logs/data from the backend.
7. Privacy and Security
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Your call sign is used to represent you within the community.
We do not share your email address publicly.
Servers are secured via SSH or password access.
All API endpoints are protected by HTTPS.
8. Platform Availability
We aim to maintain 99.999% uptime.
Maintenance or outages will be communicated clearly.
In case of service failure, we will work to restore access as fast as possible.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted here, and you will be notified.
Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated terms.
